Use:
Allows a clean and rigid installation of a dual, triple or quad 120mm radiator on its side, typically at the bottom of case featuring a large compartment, (such as Silverstone TJ07 for exemple)

When they say this is strong enough for a triple or quad rad, they mean it. It appears to be made from 1/8 in aluminum plate, sheared and bent with a press-brake. It is very stiff and it is easy to drill and tap new mounting holes in it.
