Depending on the requested terms, It will take from 24 hours and
up to 5 business days to process the appllication. Once your credit
line is approved, you will receive a user name and password to
access the online ordering system.
California Resellers Only:
If you are a located in California, please also download the Resale
Certificate and complete it. The California Franchise Tax Board
requires that we keep a signed original of this Reseller certificate,
together with a copy of your Seller's Permit on file. Please mail
